What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Please note that currently – March 2019 – there is no ‘log in’ procedure, no accounts offered, no ability to upload articles/media files or leave comments on the SABSA website. The conditions listed below will take effect if and as any of the above options are introduced to this SABSA website.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you submit our Contact and/or Signup/Registration forms, your personal contact data (name, address, phone number(s), email and CABS Accreditation level) will be stored and made available to the CABS Coordinator and possibly other State and Territory Scoring Organisations (STSO’s) to facilitate contact and selection of scorers for national tournament and events.
We use anonymous cookies with the Popup Maker plugin to prevent users from seeing the same popup repetitively. Popup Maker anonymously tracks popup views and conversions.
Popup Maker does not send any user data outside of this site by default.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
